This silent film depicts Dover's 4th Annual Baby Parade, which was held August 26, 1926 in Dover, NJ. The event was sponsored by the "Committee of 50" (i.e. the Dover Chamber of Commerce).

Mayor James P. Dodd and the Board of Alderman of Dover, NJ, would like to thank Mr. Frederick M. Hueston for his generous donation of this important document of our town's history.
